We sailed the practice race today, then gym and some time on the stationary bike to for active recovering.

Nice weather in the last days in Weymouth. Warm, sun and 12 knots today.
It won’t last long we guess… so we enjoy now.

“London Prepares” series will be on for all the Sports on the official fields of play of the Games in the next two weeks all among the 2012 Olympic venues.
Of course Sailing runs its own Test Event which we call ” The Preolympics”.

we are currently standing in 1st position after four races at Kieler Woche regatta. World Cup event in Germany

tomorrow at 13.00 we will sail the Medal Race.
we stand now second overall, equal points with Brazilian Team Scheidt-Prada and such a lead on the third that we cannot finish out of top two.

Racing area im Wuymouth is quite far away from the harbour, so to streamline our time on the water we have tow the starboat there offshore and back every day. It takes almost 40 minutes one way
